Hello, hello!
It appears that I'm "behind" on blog posts... yes, but I have a good excuse... or MANY good excuses. I'm going to spare the complaints about our busy life, or specifically-Pete's crazy schedule, though, since he's working hard for a good job and I'm doing my best to get us through this craziness. Instead of complaining, I'm going to tell you the truth.
Yes folks... the truth.
The truth, is that every time I have found a free minute to be on my computer, I have been ordering tons of free products from Shutterfly and PaperCoterie.
Seriously.
Every time I look in my email, the wonderful people at these places have sent me coupon codes for more free stuff. (Like the card shown below--free... and yes, I know that's not a great photo, but it was the only one that fit the card, and hey, it was free! PS. You can get a free Fathers' Day card too with the code: "CARD4U" if you're interested!) AND, for posting a link of the card they sent me a $10 gift certificate--not bad, right?
Anyway, if you live near us, I'll show you all the great stuff I've gotten recently, and if anyone wants an almost free 8x8 hard cover photo book, you can get one by clicking to this website and following the link. (I say almost free, because the book is free but you have to pay the $8 shipping.) If you want to get a book, hurry though, as the deal expires the 28th or 29th I think.
Also, just for the record, I'm not paid to talk up these companies, I'm just trying to share the wealth of free products!
More photos and project life updates coming soon... maybe... :)

April 3
April Week 3
This week's pictures aren't in order--sorry.
These are from Friday 4/20, at Emily's "Spring Sing".
I had a concert on Friday too, the Soup and Pie Dinner, Em's concert was so much cuter, so that's the one I'm posting. :)
Sunday 4/15 after church
Monday 4/16
One of the teachers at Em's preschool asked if Em was going to go home and see her Daddy...
"No, he's not at home."
"Oh, where's your Daddy?"
"Daddy's at work."
"What does your Daddy do for work?"
"He dances with Mary Poppins."
Her teacher smiled, looked at me quizzically and said "Oh, wow! Well... say hi to Mary Poppins for me!"
(Yes, sweet girl, your Daddy dances with Mary Poppins for a living... (that's normal... right??))
